You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or store credit. (some exceptions* apply. See below). To return an item please follow the following steps:

- All of the returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

-Pack and seal the item in the original package, if possible.  

-Send the package to Prudence, 155 Craig Street, Duncan, BC,  V9L 1V8, Canada (We recommend insured, traceable shipping as we are not responsible for lost packages we did not ship).

-Include a clear note with the return (including your name and email address)  explaining why the item was returned and specify your preference for an exchange in another size or a store credit to purchase another item.

After 14 days we are not able to exchange any items. If you live outside of Canada, please email us to discuss return/exchange options.

*Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on the following items: Sale Items, Cosmetics, Skincare Products, Hair Products, Intimate Apparel, 'Final Sale' Items.  We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
