This shop is a 5star ++ rating, a keeper for future orders for me. I called the store and spoke to Nixe, who had excellent product knowledge, listened to my needs, and answered all my questions. I was so impressed with the quality customer service, as selecting the right “bra” can be a challenge for me. I placed my order and received it very quickly.
Over and above the great order experience, Connie the store owner placed a follow up call to apologize for a minor website glitch. The colour choice we had discussed was not showing as available at the time we spoke and she wanted to inform me that it had been corrected and was now available. I was amazed at this follow up, a customer service experience that is very rare in today’s world.
